If you're familiar with the sod farm that sits at the SE corner of I25 and the hwy 60 exit, this parcel is just to the east of it. Despite its appearance, the 110-year old house elicits the phone calls but it isn't terribly nice. From the outside the house appears to be close to a scraper, but the interior is actually far better. It's still lousy, but not as bad as the exterior would have you believe. There is a garage and another little outbuilding, but I wouldn't go parking your '69 Camaro in either.
