2 bed, 2 bath, 1495 finished sq ft over a 1495 unfinished basement, 2 car garage, 2005. This half duplex is in a great area of west Loveland in Vanguard-Famleco and has some nice finishes, fixtures and doors. Unfortunately, it is falling down.
