3 bed, 2.5 bath, 1686 sq ft, 2 car attached, built in 1983. This place looks like it was also last cleaned in 1983 - it is the grimiest foreclosures I've walked through in some time. Layout-wise the house isn't bad, and features a walk-out lower level and a decent, remodeled master bath. The bedrooms are actually larger than I anticipated and the exterior is in pretty good shape. However, outside of using a fire hose I'm not sure how the kitchen can clean up. Count on a complete cosmetic overhaul on this one.
