2 bed, 1 bath, 1059 sq ft, 1920, 7407 sq ft lot. Ah yes, the one many of us have been waiting for. It's smells like animals (or their waste), it's got mold, it needs a bunch of work and it's a good deal. Why? For starters, it has a long lot that sits completely aside an alley, and the adjacent property (which appears at first to be one and the same house) has a unique tie to this one. There appears to be quite a bit of attic space as well. There is a lack of parking which would be priority one if I picked this joint up. And if you know anything about this area of Old Town you'll recognize the renaissance it is going through. This particular house is right between Whitcomb and Loomis.
