4 bed, 2.5 bath, 1726 finished sq ft, 864 sq ft unfinished bsmt, 2 car garage, 2002. Popular joint, this one. I had to wait my turn when I dropped by to get my pics and video. It's a 2-story that was pretty trashed once upon a time, and the only indication it was is some shredded insulation in the unfinished walk-out basement. The rest of the house has benefited from new carpet and paint, and the master bedroom has an unusually large master bath. There's a deck off the dining area that overlooks a pretty nice-sized fenced yard. The neighborhood supports prices much higher, so this one won't be around very long.
